I found many treasures in this store. The prices are excellent, there's room for negotiation, and although the shop is chock full, everything is clean and tidy. I also really enjoyed speaking with Janine--who is a gem! I made 3 purchases--a sweet side table, a cat lamp, and a small cat sculpture. I will go back again soon!
I went to an estate sale held by this company. First of all everything was extremely over priced. Secondly I went for 1 specific item when I went to leave an offer on it the women working was nasty, blurted my offer out for the whole room to hear and announced that she has already received offers double that. This is an item I was prepared to spend thousand's on. I was shocked at how un professional this was I am surprised that she thought that this higher offer was a guarantee that could always fall through. She would not even take my name and phone number. I left feeling embarrassed and insulted when I could have spent more money on this item then anybody in the room. Also another customer asked for a receipt and the women running the sale huffed and puffed and acted annoyed. I will never go to another sale operated by this company again.
